Our Cafe is perfect for any Function; Birthdays, Weddings, Meetings with colleagues or group bookings. There is no charge to hire the venue , it is included in the catering. Check out our Function menu’s to see how we can cater for your special occasion. Please contact us for availability.

Catering Platters

  • Assorted Sandwiches on white, grain or wholemeal bread: $50 (serves 8-10)

2-course $35 per person
3-course $40 per person


Both menus presented as an alternate 50/50 serve to table.
Two options in each course chosen prior to the event by customer.

 

Entrees

   
  • Tomato, basil and char-grilled capsicum soup
     
  • Classic homestyle pumpkin soup
  • Baby Caesar salad
     
  • Traditional Greek salad
     
  • Mini layered potato and bacon frittata
 
  • Crispy wonton cups filled with Asian chicken, served with salad
     
  • Vegetable stack – potato rosti and sundried tomato pesto, topped with grilled and sautéed vegetables, caramelised onion and minted yoghurt
     

Mains

   
  • Juicy porterhouse steak with a red wine reduction
     
  • Seared salmon fillet, with your choice of a Hollandaise or Berreblanc sauce
     
  • Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with a Berreblanc or Riesling and chive sauce
 
  • 5-spice braised pork belly with steamed Asian greens
     
  • Braised lamb shank served with a red wine jus
     
  • Stuffed field mushroom, served on a sundried tomato, spinach and parmesan risotto (VEG)o (VEG)

2-course $35 per person
3-course $40 per person


Including complimentary glass of sparkling wine or beer, and Valentine’s chocolates

 

Entrees

   
  • Plump tiger prawns with coriander, avocado and pickled cucumber, served atop crispy wantons
 
  • Prosciutto, fig and watercress salad with shaved parmesan and a beetroot puree

Mains

   
  • Tender chicken breast stuffed with caramelised figs and toasted almonds, served with soft polenta and pan juices

 
  • Juicy porterhouse steak served atop a creamy potato, celeriac and garlic puree finished with a roasted tomato viniagrette
  • Both main meals served with a warm zucchini ribbon salad

 

   

Desserts

   
  • Honey nougat semifreddo served with a rich chocolate sauce and garnished with almond brittle

 
  • Individual apple and raspberry pudding served with lashings of double cream
